CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointments are very important to us here at Ash + Willow, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, costing us precious time and money.

Any appointments that are cancelled without a 48 hour notice are considered late cancellations. Late cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. An appointment cancelled within 24 hrs or a "no show" appointment without notice will result in 100% of the reserved service amount.

We understand that life happens, but we ask for as much advanced notice as possible. Enforcing our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlisted guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone here at Ash + Willow.

If you fail to arrive to your appointment or arrive past our 15 min grace period, you are authorizing the service provider to charge your card on file or any other payment method without further notice.

RETURN POLICY -

Unopened/Sealed products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund.

Opened Products (barely used) can be returned up to 14 days for a salon credit. (No refunds)

*MUST be purchased from Ash + Willow Salon.

*Hair tools and brushes can not be returned.

ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

We ask that you do not bring any additional guests to your appointment. With our salon full of Stylists, we don’t have room for extra guests or children.
