Do you require a deposit to make an appointment?

No we do not, but we do require a credit card to be placed on file at the time of booking. This does not charge you. You will only be charged in the event of a no show or cancellation within our 48 hour cancellation policy.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask that you give us notice outside of our 48 hr cancellation or re-schedule window. We know things come up - the best thing to do is to reach out to your stylist or call the front desk.

What is included in your services?

Every service includes a wash, blow dry, and style. We don’t want you to leave with wet hair!

Can I bring my children?

We ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. It is important to only have guests in our salon who are being serviced for the consideration of other clients.

What if I am late?

Given that our stylists are usually booked back to back with clients we have a 15 min grace period policy in place. After 15 min you will be asked to re schedule and charged our cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
